Ordering from our website ensures that all monies go direct to Scotland Street Press and contribute to our publishing company. If you order from Amazon, then you simply feed the giant and the publisher receives a few pennies.
Postage and packaging costs are automatically calculated and are displayed in your shopping basket at checkout (Shipping costs naturally vary according to whether the destination country is overseas).

Please be aware that due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, our delivery times are extended. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within the UK and 31 days for international delivery. We will endeavour to deliver your purchase as soon as possible.
There will be no added VAT to your order, as under UK tax law books are VAT exempt. The price you see at checkout, which includes postage and packaging, is the total price.
If your item is not currently in stock, we will back order for you and record your purchase as being due. We will email you when the book becomes available to confirm your order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returned goods must be delivered to us at your cost unless defective, damaged, or delivered in error.
Although we hope you don’t change your mind and will enjoy your purchase, you may cancel and receive a full refund prior to dispatch.
You can cancel your order prior to despatch, delivery, or within 14 calendar days after the date of delivery if the delivery address is in the UK or Republic of Ireland and within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery if the delivery address is outside the UK or Republic of Ireland. We will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted Goods and our outbound delivery charges within 30 days of the date of your cancellation provided cancellation is received prior to dispatch of the unwanted goods.
Our liability to you in the event of books being lost in despatch shall be at our discretion, being limited either to replacement of the item or refund of the cost of the item.
All eBook purchases are non-refundable. However, in the unlikely event of there being a problem with the file, we will offer a repair or replacement file. A refund will be offered only if the issue cannot be corrected.
We do not store credit card details. Our two primary payment gateways, Paypal and Stripe, are secure and encrypted. However, the security of information transmitted via the internet can never be entirely guaranteed; any loss incurred by you as a result of transmitting information via email or other internet link will be borne solely and exclusively by you.
