Jean Findlay at Riddle's court with Edinburgh World Heritage discussing her new book, the Queen's Lender, which follows the life of George Heriot, jeweller to the King, as he navigates English and Scottish court.

Jean Findlay will be at Riddle's court on the 9th October to discuss her latest novel 'The Queen's Lender', which follows George Heriot, a skilled jeweller, who navigates the royal courts from Edinburgh to London, serving King James VI.

Jean will talk with Kenneth Simpson, former Head of English at George Heriot’s School about the book and her research and what led her to write this fabulous novel.
