RB Cunninghame Graham (1852-1936), known as Don Roberto, is best known as the co-founder with Keir Hardie of the Scottish Labour Party, forerunner of the modern-day Labour Party, and later as the founding president of the SNP. But in a long and remarkable life he was also a prolific writer, a horseman, traveller and adventurer, a visionary and humanitarian.
Perthshire-based James (Jamie) Jauncey is his great-great-nephew and author of several novels for adults, young adults and children. Don Roberto is his first (and almost certainly last) biography.
